Student Seminar Series

The main idea behind PGSA is to increase interaction among graduate students. As an important step towards it, we have started a seminar series (given by graduate students from the PGE Department or from any other relevant stream e.g. Geology, Computational & Applied Mathematics (CAM)).

It also gives the students an excellent opportunity to improve their presentation skills. Need some tips on making scientific presentation? CLICK HERE!

Currently, we plan to have a seminar every other Wednesday between 12.00-1.00 PM in Brons Conference Room, CPE Building. Please see map for directions.

The speakers will be presented with a small momento (funded by UTGSA) and the PGE department has generously granted us funding for refreshments. In case you are interested in giving a talk about your research work, please contact us.
